Event Management
The term Event Management can be associated with events that are both large, and complicated and with high budgets, this is not always true. We work with clients on all manner and sizes of events and offer our services as a total package solution, or work only with the elements of an event that require external support.

m.d.e.m is a full service event management company. Our event management skills are in-house and provide us with the ability to assign a dedicated team to work with you.

Dedicated means of communication via direct dial lines for phones and faxes, and dedicated email communications form part of the total solution that m.d.e.m provide.

We are committed to maximising the solutions available to our clients and have in-house the technology to design and host bespoke event and delegate registration websites, cost effectively.

Our event managers work pre-event, on-site and through to debrief, providing continuity of contact and ensuring your aims are known and worked to throughout. They have strong working knowledge of third party suppliers and can advise on and book entertainment, after dinner speakers, and bands to name a few.

Their experience is crucial and further includes in-depth location knowledge, and experience of working with dmc’s, coach, rail and flight companies.

Rewarding, motivating, educating, incentivising, whatever the reason, an event needs to be striking, engaging and above all memorable. However, m.d.e.m are conscious of the need to ensure that an event remains accountable and cost-effective.

Using an in-house management information system and our experience we track, manage and report on your budget to ensure that maximum impact does not mean overspend.
m.d.e.m outsources and manages third party contractors as appropriate to client requirements.

We have long standing relationships with well-established and reliable third party contractors, without any obligation or commitment, allowing us to select the most suitable contractors on an event-by-event basis.

We have an approved supplier listing which currently covers all areas suggested with new suppliers being added subject to completion of our new supplier questionnaire and assessment (held in our Quality Control Manual) as part of our commitment to our ISO 9001 2000 accreditation.
