A design tour-de-force defined by a vibrant feature ceiling that brings Marylebone flair. The elegance and individuality of a teal marble bar speak of Mayfair chic.
Standing events quotes are subject to a variable cost of furniture removal and set-up requests which may require a 3rd party quote.
Minimum f&b spend @ £5000 inc. VAT plus service charge (13.5%)
To secure this venue a 50% deposit is required.
The BoTree Bar can accommodate up to 50 – 60 guests standing with up to 100 guests with partial furniture removal.

Double Standard is a stylish drinking hole. Independent in style, a blend of the classic British pub and New York speak easy.
Double Standard has a private entrance, heated garden, and DJs on Fridays.
Ground floor, maximum capacity x 150 standing.
Timings: 6pm – 12am (Garden closes at 10pm)
Room hire @ £1000 plus min f&b @ £12500 inc. VAT plus service charge (15%).
If furniture is required to be removed then an additional charge will be incurred.

Complimentary DJ after party in the Great Russell Suite from 10pm – 12am (subject to availability)
Access is 6pm till 10pm in The Ski Lodge, The Large Conservatory

LAVO restaurant is split across two levels, costs based on the ground floor mezzanine level.
The restaurant features and impressive bar and a spacious dining room filled with natural daylight from triple-height skylights and luxurious Italian furnishings.
Minimum f&b spend @ £18000 inc. VAT plus service charge (13.5%)
To secure this venue a 50% deposit is required.
LAVO (mezz level) can accommodate 90 guests standing and up to x 120 with partial furniture removal.

DJ booth & Disco ball, raised VIP seating area, lounge sofa seating, high top stools & tables, marble topped bar.
Decimo lobby entrance for arrivals or private VIP lift access available
Located on the 10th floor across from Decimo restaurant, maximum x 150 standing.
Timings: 6pm – late. The venue is hired in 6hour blocks, a later start can be arranged with a finish time no later than 3am.
