For food and drink, Underbelly Boulevard’s in-house restaurant Artusi provides a fabulous Italian menu, named after Pellegrino Artusi, the author of “The Science of Cooking and the Art of Fine Dining.”

The restaurant offers up to 200 covers, perfectly matched to the capacity of the auditorium.

Artusi is a fantastic addition to the venue, which officially opened last Friday, 1st November 2024.  Ideal for delegate registration, refreshment breaks, seated lunches or dinners following an event, but it can also accommodate casual cocktail receptions, networking breaks or buffet lunches.

The mix of an auditorium and a dining experience gives you the flexibility to design truly unique events — from lunch-and-learns or panel discussions to more relaxed evening events with cocktails and dinner.
