The BoTree’s new 9th Floor Rooftop Lounge opened last month. Something that I’ve been waiting on for probably three years since my hard hat tour before the hotel opened!
CAPACITY
The 9th Floor Lounge is a stylish and versatile event space, offering panoramic views across London and an impressive setting for cocktail receptions of up to 200 guests standing.

The Lounge has:
- Two private terraces.
- A dedicated bar.
- Moveable DJ booth
- Central open fire
Perfect for both summer and winter events.
THE WELBECK
Also on the 9th Floor you have Welbeck Suite which can be divided into two equal halves, Welbeck 1 and Welbeck 2.
This space is perfect for a boardroom meeting in one half, catering in the other for circa 25 boardroom style. And it comes within it’s own terrace too.

AND ANOTHER THING
Ground floor LAVO is having glass walls (with curtain screening) added to offer additional private space.
This space has the added benefit of it’s own private entrance and features:

- Refined Italian interior
- Accommodates up to 90 guests seated or 120 guests standing
